The Kit is consumed as follows::
- In the morning: 2 Kuka sublingual sprays. Repeat as many times as necessary if you feel your energy decreasing

- As soon as the working day is over, 2 sublingual sprays of Chiric Sanango 2 to 3 times until bedtime
